Pricing Questions
Are there any minimums or setup fees?−
No setup fees and no minimum order volumes. The only fixed monthly cost is the Account Management fee ($75 CAD/mo), which covers your dedicated account manager and unlimited support. You can start with any order volume.
Does the pick & pack price include postage?+
No. Postage is billed separately at actual carrier rates. We compare Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and DHL in real time and select the best rate. You pay carrier cost with no markup.
Do I pay storage when I have no inventory?+
You only pay for locations currently occupied by your inventory. Storage billing starts when your inventory arrives and stops when it ships out.
What if I use both US and Canadian warehouses?+
The Account Management fee is charged once per region. Contact sales for multi-region pricing details.
Are your prices in CAD or USD?+
All Canadian warehouse pricing is in CAD by default. Use the CAD/USD toggle on the price table above to see converted rates, or contact sales for an official USD quote.
Can I get volume discounts?+
Yes. For brands shipping over 2,000 orders/month, we offer custom volume pricing on pick & pack rates. Reach out to our sales team to discuss your volume.
How is pick & pack calculated for multi-item orders?+
The base fee includes picking the first item and all packaging. Each additional unit in the same order is $0.50. Example: 3 items in a poly mailer = $2.75 + $0.50 + $0.50 = $3.75.
