Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with SuperK 3PL — from getting started to how we handle your containers, orders, and shipping across Canada.

We work with two main client types: overseas importers shipping ocean containers into Canada who need warehousing, deconsolidation, and B2C parcel distribution — and Canadian ecommerce brands selling on Shopify, Amazon, Temu, Walmart, and other platforms who need fast, reliable pick & pack fulfillment. If you're moving volume into Canada and need a 3PL that handles both the inbound container and outbound parcel side, we're built for you.
Yes — we are live and operational at all three of our Canadian locations and actively onboarding new clients. Reach out and we'll respond within one business day.
Contact us at info@superk3pl.com or through our Contact Sales page with a brief summary of your product type, monthly volumes, and which warehouse location interests you. We'll send over our rate card and set up a quick call to walk through your requirements. Onboarding typically takes a few days.
We don't publish a hard minimum — but our pricing is structured to be most cost-effective for clients shipping consistent volume. Get in touch and we'll be upfront about whether we're the right fit for your current scale.
Yes. All three of our facilities are equipped to receive full 20' and 40' ocean containers. We handle unloading (devanning), carton and pallet counting, SKU verification against your packing list, and inventory entry into our WMS — all tracked in real time.
Yes. We can arrange drayage from the Port of Vancouver (for our Richmond BC facility) and coordinate inland moves to our Winnipeg and Guelph locations. Contact us with your container details for a port pickup quote.
Yes. We can devan your container, sort by SKU, put inventory into racked storage, and begin fulfilling orders — all from the same facility without any idle waiting period between inbound and outbound processing.
We require an advance shipping notice (ASN) at least 48 hours before delivery. This should include a packing list with SKU names, quantities per carton, and any special handling requirements. Shipments arriving without prior notice may experience processing delays.
We do not act as a customs broker. You or your freight forwarder are responsible for clearing goods through CBSA before delivery to our warehouse. We're happy to refer you to brokers we work with if you need one.
Standard pick & pack includes: picking the ordered SKUs from storage, packing into an appropriately sized carton or poly mailer, attaching a shipping label, and handing off to the carrier. Value-added services such as branded inserts, kitting, multi-SKU bundling, and gift packaging are available — contact us for a custom quote.
We ship with Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, and UniUni. Our WMS automatically selects the most cost-effective carrier based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. We pass volume-negotiated carrier rates directly to you with no markup.
We integrate directly with Shopify, Amazon, Temu, Walmart, and other major marketplaces through our WMS. Orders sync automatically — no manual entry required. We also support batch import and API connections for custom systems. Ask us about your specific platform if it's not listed.
We accept returns at all three warehouse locations. Returned items are inspected and processed according to your instructions — you can choose to restock sellable units, quarantine damaged goods, or dispose of unsellable items. A per-return processing fee applies.
FBA prep is currently in development and coming soon. This will include FNSKU labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrapping, and carton labeling to Amazon's requirements. Contact us to be notified when it launches or to discuss your prep needs in the meantime.
You pay for what you use — there are no flat monthly management fees for standard accounts. Pricing covers: receiving, storage (per pallet or cubic foot per month), pick & pack per order, and outbound shipping at contracted carrier rates. Our full rate card is available on request.
No. Our rate card lists all standard fees. Surcharges that apply in specific situations — such as oversize parcels, residential delivery, remote postal codes, or peak season volumes — are disclosed upfront before they apply to your account. You will not see surprise line items on your invoice.
Yes. Clients with higher monthly order volumes or long-term storage commitments qualify for negotiated rates. Share your projected volumes with us and we'll structure pricing that works for your business.
Invoices are issued monthly and itemized by service category. Detailed transaction-level reports are available on request through our WMS portal. Contact us for payment terms specific to your account.
Richmond BC (Vancouver) — best for importers receiving containers through the Port of Vancouver, or clients with a high concentration of West Coast customers.

Guelph ON (Toronto) — ideal for brands shipping into the GTA and Ontario, with access to Canada's largest consumer market and dense parcel networks.

Winnipeg MB — most cost-effective storage and fulfillment rates; well-positioned for Prairie distribution or coast-to-coast national shipping.

We can also split your inventory across multiple locations to reduce average shipping distance and cost.
Yes. Multi-location inventory splits are fully supported under a single client account. We can advise on the optimal split based on your order geography to minimize shipping cost and transit time.
Yes. We support cross-border shipping from Canada to US destinations. Contact us for cross-border rates and carrier options applicable to your order profile.
Please contact us directly with your product type and any regulatory requirements. Bonded warehouse status, temperature control, and licensing for specific product categories vary by location and we'll confirm what's available for your goods.
