No minimum order volume and no long-term contracts. You're not locked in. Pricing is structured around actual usage — the more volume you run through our network, the more cost-effective your per-order rate becomes.
From the day your goods are counted and shelved, you have 60 calendar days of complimentary storage at no charge — no conditions, no minimum volume to qualify. After day 60, tiered storage fees apply per CBM per day. Most Canadian 3PLs start billing storage from day one.Applies to all clients at all three locations.
Our primary focus is Shopify — orders sync automatically with no manual entry. We also support Amazon, Temu, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and 60+ other platforms through our WMS. Contact us to confirm your specific platform before onboarding.
Yes. All three facilities receive full containers — 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, and 45HQ. We handle unloading, carton counting, SKU verification against your packing list, and WMS entry in real time. Our sister company can also arrange port pickup from Vancouver and inland drayage.
We do not handle tobacco, cigarettes, firearms, or chemicals, and we do not offer temperature-controlled or frozen storage. If your product falls into any of these categories, we're not the right fit — better to know before onboarding.
